I am the owner of Wheaton Wags & Whiskers and Roscoe Recess – two pet care companies based in Chicago and the Western Suburbs.

For what projects and services did your company hire Flamingo Agency?
Our websites were developed ten years ago and are now quite out of date. We’re a small firm with no web designers on staff, yet we needed to improve our online visibility in order to stay competitive. We utilized Chris and the Flamingo Agency to assist us with our website update and local SEO optimization.

We reached out to a few different firms, since we are a small family-owned company dedicated to supporting other small local enterprises. For us, price, communication, and the quality of the job were the most important criteria.

Chris was fantastic at communicating with us, offering suggestions, and providing direction. After our first meeting during which we spoke about our firm, our current website, and our needs, Chris built mock-ups and a proposal based on the details we provided. We were ecstatic to proceed. Chris led us through the procedure step by step.

The new website is much more modern and visually appealing, it’s more user friendly and professional. It presents a much more polished impression of our company!

It was an excellent experience, from start to finish! Working with Flamingo Agency was outstanding for a small family-owned business with limited internal resources, from the exploratory conversations at the beginning to the proposal and mockups through to the completed product!
I'm not sure what else I can add about Flamingo, other than to say that the owner, Chris, has exceeded all of my expectations. He's been thoughtful, accessible, patient and communicative since the beginning and the end result is fantastic. His services are highly recommended; I will continue to employ Flamingo Agency!
