The Medical Fellows Conference is a live, in-person educational course developed in collaboration with the University of Illinois Chicago. It brings together medical faculty and fellows for focused, specialized instruction on Short Bowel Syndrome and intestinal failure in a professional conference setting.

Because the event is a university-affiliated medical program, the website needed to feel authoritative, structured, and highly professional.

Challenge

The Medical Fellows Conference needed a web platform to clearly present essential course details, manage attendee registration, and host supporting educational materials. The site had to outline scheduled lectures and faculty presentations while maintaining the credibility expected of a leading academic medical program.

They wanted a clean, user-friendly platform that streamlined the registration process and made event schedules easy to navigate for attending faculty and fellows. This project also reflects our experience as a medical web design company working with academic healthcare institutions and specialized medical events.

Flamingo Agency designed and built a custom website to support a live, in-person medical course with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and professional presentation. The site was created as part of our broader approach to healthcare & medical website design, where accuracy, structure, and reliability are critical.

The project included a fully custom visual design with modern animations to enhance the user experience while maintaining an academic and institutional tone. A dedicated faculty section was developed to clearly present speaker credentials and course leadership.

To support course registrations, we implemented a custom registration system with automated signup tracking, allowing organizers to manage attendee data efficiently. The website also includes advanced course evaluation forms with results automatically tabulated into clear percentages, helping course organizers analyze feedback more effectively. A dedicated page for hosting post-event lecture videos was also created, giving attendees continued access to course content after the conference.
