Medical Conference Website Design Project

Flamingo Agency designed and built a custom website to support a live, in-person medical course with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and professional presentation. The site was created as part of our broader approach to healthcare & medical website design, where accuracy, structure, and reliability are critical.

The project included a fully custom visual design with modern animations to enhance the user experience while maintaining an academic and institutional tone. A dedicated faculty section was developed to clearly present speaker credentials and course leadership.

To support course registrations, we implemented a custom registration system with automated signup tracking, allowing organizers to manage attendee data efficiently. The website also includes advanced course evaluation forms with results automatically tabulated into clear percentages, helping course organizers analyze feedback more effectively. A dedicated page for hosting post-event lecture videos was also created, giving attendees continued access to course content after the conference.
